Return Policy

  1. You have 7 days from the day of the delivery to return your item (s ). If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
     

  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
     

  3. Several types of goods are exempt and cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary.
     

  4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Return If Applicable

  1. We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and examined. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us.
     

  2. If you are given the go-ahead, your refund will be handled within 7 business days and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original mode of payment.

  5. Once your refund has been properly posted, get in touch with your credit card provider.

Shipping Policy

We ship anywhere in the 50 states , and processing takes us approximately 5-7 business days. We'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships so you can keep tabs on your package. When your package has shipped, if there are any delays, please let us know and we'll try our best to assist you locate it. Our shipping dates may be longer than usual due to shipping delays around the world, but we're working hard to get your product to you as soon as possible.
